Tilford Auto Group is a proudly Tasmanian family-owned company, here to serve the community as the leading provider of automotive solutions.
We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our supportive administration team on a permanent, part-time basis for 2 days per week.
Based in our showroom, and as the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our customers. You will also work closely with our dynamic sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting customers and managing front desk operations
* Answering and directing phone calls, emails and customer enquiries
* Provide administrative assistance to our sales teams
About You
Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

* Great personal presentation
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
* Reliable and proactive with positive attitude
* Good computer skills and attention to detail
