You'll spend time "in the trenches" learning our clients, industries, systems, and ways of working. You'll contribute across all areas of the business — from client support and research; to business development, systems improvement, and process creation.

About the Role
As an Assistant Consultant, you will work closely with senior team members to support consulting and advisory projects while developing your own professional capability and confidence.
Responsibilities
* Supporting consultants with client work and project delivery
* Researching industries, businesses, markets, and solutions
* Helping identify and solve client problems
* Developing and improving internal systems and processes
* Assisting with reports, analysis, administration, and documentation
* Building relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
* Contributing to lead generation and business development activities
* Learning how to confidently engage with clients and identify opportunities
Over time, the right person will grow into increasing levels of responsibility and consulting involvement.

What We're Looking For
* Passionate about the agricultural industry.
* Existing relationship to and knowledge in local agricultural systems.

* Interest in consulting, business strategy, finance, agriculture, or advisory services
* Confidence using technology and learning new systems quickly
* Experience in customer service, administration, business support, or client‐facing roles is advantageous
