Commercial Property Manager – Wollongong / Illawarra

The successful candidate will join a team known for its deep local and industry expertise, managing quality commercial assets while fostering strong tenant and stakeholder relationships.
What You’ll Do
* Take full ownership of commercial property portfolio, ensuring assets are managed at their full potential.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, coordinating lease administration and ongoing property needs.
* Lead property performance, compliance, and asset maintenance activities.
* Provide proactive, service-focused support to clients and stakeholders.
* Collaborate across the wider property services team to deliver seamless property outcomes.
About You
* 1.5 + Years in commercial property management (industrial, retail, office or mixed use).
* Strong relationship manager with commercial acumen and tenant focus.
* Excellent organisational, communication and negotiation skills.
* Positive attitude with strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Experience compiling outgoings reconciliations and budgets
* Arrears management
* Coordination of repairs and maintenance
* Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
* Must have own vehicle and have a valid driver’s licence.
