Tweed Ultima Apartments is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Front of House / Guest Services Manager to join our close-knit team. As the welcoming face of our resort, you'll play a key role in ensuring guests have a seamless and memorable stay. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily resort operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and reservations.

Manage reception and guest communications across all channels (in person, phone, and email).

Act as the main point of contact for guests, providing friendly, efficient service while promptly resolving any issues or concerns and ensuring a consistently exceptional guest experience.

Maintain and optimise the property's reservation and booking systems to maximise occupancy.

Process guest payments and ensure all records and booking entries are accurate and up to date.

Build lasting relationships with guests, enhancing satisfaction and encouraging repeat stays.

Grow and maintain the holiday rental pool, ensuring apartments are well-presented and consistently booked.

Prepare quotes tailored to client needs and upsell available room types where appropriate.

Liaise professionally with the Body Corporate, ensuring compliance with by-laws and shared agreements.

Assist the General Manager with Body Corporate-related matters.

Coordinate and schedule trades, maintenance, and general upkeep of the property.

What We're Looking For

A warm, enthusiastic personality and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service.

Previous experience in a front office, guest services, or reservations role within a hotel, resort, or timeshare environment is essential.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent multitasking and time management abilities, with the confidence to think on your feet in a fast-paced setting.

High level of organisation, accuracy, and initiative.

Proficiency in front office and reservation systems.

A team player who can take direction while also working independently under pressure.

Flexibility with working hours — full-time roster to be negotiated across Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or a rotating schedule.
