**The Role**:
Our client is a Global Retail Group looking for a Retail Support Analyst focusing on POS on Magenta Retail Systems.

You provide technical support for the Retail Group specific IT systems. Review existing/new technologies, procedures and processes, improving for both business users and the support team.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Support existing retail technologies, both hardware and software
- Investigate and resolve technical issues passed through the Helpdesk
- Monitoring and reporting system performance, outages, etc
- Audit and maintain an asset register of all retail equipment and software
- Stage, test and install new retail systems.
- Liaise with hardware and software vendors
- Develop and maintain documentation of technical processes and problem determination guides
- Develop and maintain Retail System Images in accordance with our retail SOE
- Provide out of hours support to the helpdesk as required by the support roster
- Undertake the development of business requirements, business process improvement, process mapping and design.
**About You**:
- Minimum 1-year experience with POS Systems with Magenta Retail Systems and PC - EftPoS Payment Systems software and hardware highly desirable
- Must have friendly demeanor, work easily with people and ability to prioritise and resolve issues under pressure within small team environment.
