About the role:
* Full Time opportunity covering VIC South East hub
* Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
* Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef in Aged Care / Hotels or similar settings
* Create nutritious meals and snacks in line with the food services program in line with the food program.
* Create hero moments for customers.
* Head Chef and Sous Chef Coverage.
