Your new role:
As Team Leader, you will provide advanced clinical and operational leadership within the West Community Care Team, ensuring high-quality, recovery-focused mental health care while effectively managing people, resources and service delivery.
* Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary community mental health team, delivering contemporary, person-centred and evidence-based care within a clinical case management model.
* Provide advanced autonomous clinical practice and operational leadership, supporting best practice, clinical governance, quality improvement and risk management.
* Manage human, financial and material resources, including staff performance, workforce development, rostering and cost centre management.
* Drive service improvement, education, research and innovation to meet emerging community mental health needs and organisational priorities.
About you:
You are an experienced and motivated mental health nurse who brings strong clinical expertise, operational capability and a commitment to recovery-oriented, person-centred care.
* Demonstrated advanced mental health nursing knowledge and leadership experience, with the ability to lead, inspire and develop multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong skills in clinical decision-making, risk assessment, care coordination and the delivery of evidence-based mental health interventions.
* Proven experience in operational management, including workforce planning, financial management, quality improvement and performance monitoring.
* Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to education, research, professional development and continuous improvement.
