As Team Leader Adult Services you will
Lead a team of Support Workers to provide high-quality safe services to vulnerable people in the community.
Coach and mentor providing on-the-job training and guidance.
Inspire a skilled and diverse team using your expertise to manage performance and provide support.
Ensure effective service delivery by managing administrative processes including accurate and timely reporting and record-keeping.
You will have
Proven advanced problem-solving, emotional intelligence and positive interaction skills across diverse communities.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and performance manage teams in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
Effective conflict resolution, negotiation, mediation and decision-making skills.
Track record of building teams with clear goals fostering innovation and collaboration.
Commitment to a person-centred approach for vulnerable individuals.
Experience supporting complex needs behaviours of concern and mental health is essential; working with people with a disability and / or children or youth in care experience is highly regarded.
Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services or Individual Support (highly regarded but not essential).
Availability to work between 6am-10pm for at least 3 days per week.

Compliance Requirements
Current NSW Drivers licence.
Obtain and maintain a current paid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Obtain and maintain a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).
Willingness to undertake a pre-employment police check.
Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
