About the role
The role is all things Scaffold, you will successfully be leading our Geelong Scaffold division using your existing knowledge and skills in this field. Reporting to our State Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Scaffold trucks by doing the following:
Leadership and mentorship of the crews
Ensuring day to day business activities are running effectively and Liaison with internal departments including Operations, Sales, HR, Compliance to drive business performance, efficiencies and continuous improvement
Working closely with the operations teams, to coordinate and plan daily/ weekly installation & dismantle schedules for crews
Compliance; Ensuring quality product installation and dismantles
Assist with workforce planning, development and recruitment strategy
Coordinating training and upskilling of the crews; internal and external training, including onsite
Onsite customer visits, measuring and estimating when needed
Skills & Key Attributes
Solid leadership skills
Scaffold experience and management of crews (essential)
Must have an Intermediate SCAFF ticket
Previous experience with residential onsite supervision
Sound to intermediate level of computer skills and the ability to work with in-house programs and software
High level of organisation and time management skills
Problem solver and solution focused
Customer service - Experience dealing with Builders & supervisors
