Key Responsibilities:
* Bulk cooking and menu planning to cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
* Managing kitchen staff and ensuring seamless operations
* Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to HACCP protocols
Requirements:
* Proven experience in bulk cooking, preferably in aged care or healthcare settings
* Strong understanding of food safety regulations and compliance with HACCP standards
* Excellent time management, communication, and leadership skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery/Hospitality an asset
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate essential
* Understanding of aged care quality standards and special dietary needs desirable
* Current First Aid Certificate an advantage
