Main Responsibilities:
* Offer exceptional customer service across multiple platforms
* Effectively handle complex customer inquiries and resolve conflicts
* Assist with processing student enrolments
* Carry out general administrative tasks as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 12 months of contact centre experience
* Administrative experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to navigate multiple systems
* Ability to learn large amounts of information quickly
* Possession of a vehicle for travel between locations
This is a temporary casual opportunity available immediately for up to 3 months, with potential extension based on business needs.
