Job Summary
As a service advisor, you will be serving as a bridge between customers and dealerships, performing daily reception work at the after-sales service front desk, and assisting the service manager in completing after-sales department goal planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Service consultants should develop and promote the dealership's maintenance services
* Manage customer maintenance appointments
* Receive customers and fill out work orders
* Coordinate the progress of maintenance work
* Prepare for delivery after maintenance
* Vehicle delivery
* Follow up with customers
* Coordinate the ordering of special parts
* Vehicle return matters
* Implement a fair and equitable warranty policy
* Support pre-delivery services and delivery work
* Provide excellent customer service
* Respond to customer questions
* Respond to customer concerns
* Resolve customer concerns through follow-up calls
* After-sales and new car handover.
Qualifications
* Education: Diploma or higher in automotive or a related field.
* Training: Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations; familiarity with BYD/Lexus operations.
Experience
* 1+ years in automotive repair or related industries.
* 1+ year in customer service.
* Familiarity with BYD/Toyota operations is advantageous.
Skills
* Computer proficiency.
* Robust communication and analytical skills.
* Valid driver's license.
* Attitude: Positive, team-oriented, good image and temperament, resilient under pressure.
