About The Role
The Morris Hotel (previously Saint) is looking for a passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The role involves collaborating with the kitchen team to produce high‐quality dishes, maintaining high standards, and contributing to a culture centred around safety and hygiene.

* Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that wow guests.
* Contribute positively to our culture centred around safety and hygiene, keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do.
* Maintain a consistent standard of high quality and well‐presented dishes that align with the ALH standard.
About You
* Great experience working in a fast‐paced kitchen and hold necessary trade cooking qualifications.
* Understand that an exceptional guest experience contains passion, precision and productivity.
* Strong organisational and communication skills to create the best possible outcomes for guests and the team.
* You'll be yourself – ALH is known for its people.
Inherent Requirements
* This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
