Team Leaders and Traffic Controllers Required
About the Business and the Role:
The Team at MTM SA are on the lookout for skilled Traffic Controllers. We need Qualified Traffic Controllers that want to work as a Field Traffic Controller and also Team Leaders - with take home traffic control vehicles available for skilled operators. We are also on the look out for TMA Drivers or Team Leaders with HR Licence that are interested in becoming part of our TMA Driver Team.
We have on offer regular work in locations all across Adelaide and regional SA. Our clients are very busy and even though we are one of the largest and longest established providers in the State we are still growing with increased demand from our excellent client base.
We have preference for Traffic Controllers with a minimum of 6 months of experience however if you are newly qualified and want to be part of a company that will invest in your training and experience we are that company.
We have secured a number of new Council and Major Project Works and need new team members to join our already large team.

Our work varies from within Adelaide to Southern and Northern Suburbs and into the outer regions and regional areas of South Australia. Our business also has traffic management divisions in Victoria and New South Wales so we are a large company with a strong and stable background working in this industry since 2011.
Our Depot is based in the Northern Suburbs Region. We have a strong team culture where experienced Traffic Controllers can progress to be allocated a take home vehicle and benefit from more regular works.
Remuneration is paid as per award and wages are paid weekly.
Safety for our Personnel, our Teams, Road Users and our Clients is paramount so we seek switched on Traffic Controllers that have the same passion for safety as we do or recent team members that are willing to learn from our experienced team and our internal training programs.
We have strict safety rules and as such all employees must adhere to our strict Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
Mandatory Qualifications are:
1. Current Workzone Traffic Management Qualifications
2. Current OHS (White) Card
Preference will be given to Applicants that also hold First Aid Level 2 Qualification.
Additionally Traffic Controllers MUST Have:
- Steel Capped - Lace Up Safety Boots
- UHF 2 Way Radio - 5 Watt
- Hard Hat with Sun Brim
- Wet Weather PPE
- Long Pants - Navy in colour with 2 x reflective strips
- Orange and Blue shirt with reflective strips
- Own Transport
- Willingness to work a range of hours including weekends
