More About You – Sales Assistant
The ideal candidate will have a customer‐first mentality, a strong passion for creating a fun, authentic shopping experience, and thrive in a busy, sales‐driven environment. You will enjoy interacting with customers, having a laugh (and an occasional dance‐off!) with each visitor.
Your Role
* Providing high levels of customer service and building strong rapport
* Sound cash handling and EFTPOS operations
* Learning and maintaining solid product knowledge across all pillars of the business
* Maintaining high store standards and assisting with merchandising and presentation
* Working towards budgets, targets and KPIs
* Assisting with stock control and quality management
* Following national legislation, WHS and security guidelines
You Will Also Have
* A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Proven ability to work within a fast‐paced retail environment
* A happy, friendly and energetic personality
* A desire to deliver high quality customer service
* Valid Police Check Report required if successful in interview stage
