At NetSuite, your success fuels our mission to deliver next-generation solutions. You'll begin with a tailored onboarding, followed by assignments in a variety of technical projects. This hybrid role requires periodic in-office days, depending on your team. During the program, you'll: - Participate in knowledge-expansion sessions covering topics like ai, security, technical writing, and growth strategies. - Build your professional network by engaging with leadership and connecting with a dedicated mentor. What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications) To qualify for the Software Developer position within the NetSuite Global Business Unit (GBU), you must meet the following criteria: - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related science/engineering field. - Start Date: Available to start within 12 months of graduation, with the earliest start date in June 2025. - Programming Proficiency: Strong knowledge in at least one of the following: - Java, Python, SQL, JavaScript. - Relevant Experience: Completion of coursework, projects, internships, or research in at least three of the following areas: - Algorithms, Database Design, Object-Oriented Programming, Mobile/Web Development, Networking. - Enthusiasm for automated testing is a plus. Additional Requirements: - At least one prior co-op term, internship, or equivalent practical experience in a QA/Development role. - Must reside in or attend a university in Australia and be authorized to work in Australia in 2025. - Proficiency in English for effective collaboration with global teams.
