Job description ABOUT US

Women’s Health Matters (WHM) is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of anyone who identifies as a woman in the ACT and surrounding region. We focus on advocating for women, especially those facing disadvantage and vulnerability. Our work centres on gender equity, particularly addressing the health impacts of gendered violence and systemic inequalities.

At WHM, you’ll join a diverse and passionate team dedicated to making a difference in the health and wellbeing of women in the ACT. We offer flexible working conditions, including work-from-home options, generous leave entitlements, and a commitment to work-life balance.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director, Corporate and Business Development, the Corporate and Executive Support Officer provides high‑level administrative and governance support to the CEO, the Board, and WHM staff. Working with a moderate level of autonomy, you will manage competing priorities, prepare high‑quality documentation, and contribute to organisational planning and reporting. The role requires sound judgement, strong organisational skills, and the ability to build productive relationships across the organisation and with key external stakeholders.

You should be comfortable using office systems, HR and payroll platforms, and document management tools, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. A commitment to WHM’s mission and respectful engagement with diverse and vulnerable communities is essential.
