Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Job Description:
A dynamic and proactive Facilities Coordinator is required to manage a diverse portfolio of client sites, providing support and assistance to the Account Manager or Facilities Manager as needed.
Responsibilities include managing an assigned portfolio of client properties, serving as the initial point of contact for reactive maintenance works, and communicating critical incidents and recovery plans to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs, with strong client focus and customer service skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and experience across a broad range of property activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage an assigned portfolio of client properties
* Serve as the initial point of contact for reactive maintenance works
* Communicate critical incidents and recovery plans to stakeholders
* Maintain a high-quality facility through diligent reviews of all maintenance activities
* Interface between the Landlord and the client business operationally
* Monitor and assess completed sub-contractor works
* Establish, maintain, and manage the asset lifecycle plan for all plant and equipment
* Induct contractors and ensure compliance with legislative requirements
* Leverage technology to enhance performance and processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
* Strong client focus and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Experience across a broad range of property activities
* Qualifications: Australian Citizenship, willingness to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance
