Job Description
The Operations Coordinator role is a key position within the organization, responsible for effectively coordinating traincrew and yard operations to ensure efficient resource deployment and high customer satisfaction.
* C Coordinate daily traincrew and yard operations to optimize resource utilization and meet deadlines.
* Evaluate and implement cost-effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
* Lead and motivate team members to achieve collective goals and objectives.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About You
* We are seeking an individual with experience in yard operations or heavy industry logistics, who possesses Train driving and/or shunt qualifications (preferred) and Cert IV/Diploma in Frontline Management or equivalent (preferred).
* Confident computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and proven frontline leadership experience are essential.
* A strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities are required to drive business growth and improve supply chain performance.
