The Executive Manager plays a key role in being an expert across business banking, credit, risk, and continuous improvement and will lead our team to meet their full potential as well as delivering successful customer outcomes.

You will lead and manage one of our Commercial Banking teams in Adelaide which will rely on your industry expertise and ability to identify key opportunities within our ever-changing commercial landscape.
You are sought after for your craft of relationship building and have a willingness to share your pursuit with anyone who has the privilege of working alongside you. Not only that but your in depth understanding of complex client needs sets you apart from your contemporaries because of your ability to drive deal execution. The key to your success is in your origination, structuring and negotiation skills!

* You are an experienced people leader who can coach a team to evolve their superior customer focus, risk and credit capabilities.
* You have exceptional commercial acumen, and your understanding of credit is unparalleled as well as your strong risk management focus.
* You are self-motivated with a demonstrated capability in leading high-performance teams, preferred tertiary qualifications in Business, or a related discipline.
