We are seeking a highly skilled Finance & Business Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
* Manage invoicing, budgets, financial reports, financial forecasts, and revenue plans.
* Undertake contract reviews, manage conflict of interest, and assist the team with legal approval on contracts.
* Assist in managing the integration of a new resourcing tool for the Development & Infrastructure team.
* Assist the National Senior Operations Manager and National Director with other items as required.

Qualifications
* Background in bookkeeping or accounting, commerce, economics, or business.
* Drive, energy, and personable nature.
* Motivated self‐starter with initiative.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent skills in all Microsoft software packages and high attention to detail.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable role.
* Ability to work in the office with flexible hours that meet team requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to meet crucial deadlines and work under pressure.
* Part‐time options considered for the right candidate.
