About the Position
Take the next step in your professional journey with this growing and innovative studio. They are currently on the lookout for a Project Lead, Project Architect or an Associate who are experienced in leading the delivery of large-scale Class 2 Multi-Residential projects. You will be responsible for setting the standard of high-quality documentation packages, mentoring juniors, handling complex consultant coordination and liaising with clients.
Duties
Lead the project delivery of a range of Multi-Residential projects
Manage your team and oversee construction documentation packages, ensuring alignment with Australian Building Codes and ADG
Attend on-site meetings, liaise with builders, consultants, and other stakeholders
Independently liaise and manage a range of clients
Skills and Experience
Tertiary qualification in Architecture
Strong competency in Revit or ArchiCAD
Proven experience in Class 2 residential projects
Demonstrates expertise in consultant coordination, managing client relationships and providing effective team leadership
