Permanent opportunity to be responsible for overseeing the delivery of cleaning, patient assistance, and porterage services across the Operating Theatres, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Burns Unit at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH).
About you
* Oversee and coordinate the cleaning and patient support activities across RBWH Operating Theatres, ICU and Burns Unit, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with Queensland Health guidelines.
* Lead, support and mentor a large workforce across multiple classifications, including performance management, recognition, and capability building.
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise the mandatory training for Theatre Support Officers and new trainees, including patient handling, infection control, cleaning standards, and fire safety.
