The role
We're looking for an
Project Administrator
to help keep engineering projects on track. Someone quietly confident, organised, and savvy.
This is a work from office role (you might spend a day from home), and you'll work closely with your own admin team across the office as well as the Project Managers and Project Directors on each project. Your stakeholders are numerous so it's important to be happy working with people from all walks of life.
The culture is focused and respectful, with enough banter to keep things human. These engineers are uber serious about their work, but approachable when it counts.

What your day might look like
Reporting to the a Project Director, you'll work with the broader admin and accounts team to keep projects moving and the business humming. This role blends structure with flexibility: clear tasks, but autonomy in how you approach them. You'll need to be self-sufficient about 85% of the time, but there's always someone to check in with.
Key areas of responsibility:
Projects (70%)
* Chasing up various stakeholders (council, contractor, sub-consultant, water authorities, first-nations organisations and committees)
* Cross-checking project financials
* Effectively using the project management software, Synergy
* Organising meetings, diary management.
New Project Support (30%)
* Supporting tender documentation and bid submissions (not full bid management)
You, you're ideally ..
* Experienced in admin and have some engineering consulting experience. Land development experience is preferential;
* Skilled with Office 365; Synergy experience would be welcomed;
* A pro working independently;
* Proactive about communication;
* Someone who sees what needs doing and gets on with it;
* Qualified in business or administration (preferred)
You'll want to also know:
* Salary range: $80,000–$85,000 + Super (depending on experience)
