We’re looking for an all-rounder who can hold the floor with trade customers - and hold their own in the warehouse too. From quoting and serving to stock and dispatch, this is a role for someone who takes ownership and makes things happen.
Experience in security, electronics or trade wholesale? Great. But attitude and drive matter more.
What You’ll Do:
* Deliver sharp, helpful service at the counter, on the phone and via email
* Quote fast, follow through, and keep customers coming back
* Pick and pack orders - accurately and efficiently
* Manage incoming stock and keep the place sorted
* Learn the product range so you can talk smart with tradies
* Pitch in across the branch - no silos, no passengers
What You’ll Bring:
* Confident with people. You build rapport, you don’t just process orders
* Practical and hands-on. Just as happy quoting as picking stock
* Organised, proactive, and sharp with follow-up
* Comfortable with multitasking and ready to jump in where needed
* Driver’s licence and unrestricted work rights
