This is a key support role where you'll be liaising between customers, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless order processing, inventory control, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration & Customer Service
* Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Communicate with customers regarding product availability, delivery timelines, and order status
* Coordinate returns and exchanges with internal departments
* Maintain accurate sales records and assist with reporting as required
Inventory & Logistics Coordination
* Monitor and manage stock levels, transfers, adjustments, and stock conversions
* Liaise with the warehouse team for order picking, packing, and timely dispatch
* Coordinate quarterly stocktakes and report inventory discrepancies
* Ensure systems are kept up to date with correct inventory data
Key Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, logistics, or administrative support roles
* Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is essential
* Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred
* High attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and ability to multitask
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive team player with a customer-first mindset
