Allied Health Assistant – Inner West Sydney Region/Bankstown
Our innovative service model focuses on delivering the best clinical outcomes for clients. As a physiotherapy assistant with Empower, you will work with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory patients.
Working under the clinical guidance of an allied healthcare professional, you will be responsible for the delivery of Empower Healthcare's comprehensive services across home care participants in Sydney's inner‐west suburbs, particularly Bankstown.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans developed by allied healthcare professionals for clients in their own homes through home care packages/NDIS.
* Work holistically with other allied health professionals to implement a multidisciplinary care plan.
* Educate clients and their families to optimise their ability to live healthy lives within the community.
* Liaise with the clinical supervisor to ensure effective communication.
* Work autonomously to prioritise and complete tasks, maintain records, and provide patient reports.
Qualifications & Skills
* Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance.
* Police check clearance.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong time‐management skills and attention to detail.
