Contracts Administrator – $80M BTR Project | Tier 2 Builder | Sydney
We are currently working with a well-regarded Tier 2 head contractor looking to appoint a
Contracts Administrator to join the team on an $80M Build-to-Rent development.
This opportunity would suit a CA who can operate independently, manage packages confidently and is comfortable working across the full project lifecycle.
The Role
* Contracts Administrator on an $80M BTR development
* Work within an established delivery team on a multi-storey project
* Manage procurement, subcontractor engagement and contract administration
* Exposure across the full construction lifecycle from procurement through to delivery
Candidate Profile
* 5+ years experience in a Contracts Administrator role
* Experience working with a head contractor
* Comfortable running packages independently
* Experience delivering multi-storey residential or mixed-use projects preferred
* BTR or residential Class 2 experience highly regarded
