About The Role
As a Student Recruitment Manager at Acknowledge Education, you will play a key role in achieving international enrolment targets by building, managing, and monitoring a network of quality education agents both onshore and offshore, while also engaging directly with prospective students.
This is a hands-on, administrative-focused role with no direct reports. The position is centered on relationship management with global agent partners, supporting sales activity, and ensuring compliance across all recruitment processes.
You'll play a critical role in shaping enrolment outcomes and enhancing the international student experience. This is a permanent, full-time position based on-site at our AE Campus in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement targeted international recruitment and engagement plans
* Identify growth opportunities across markets, agents, and partnerships
* Manage end-to-end sales performance and support agent success
* Provide reporting, insights and analysis to leadership on recruitment activity
* Represent AE at industry events and lead the promotion of AE programs globally
* Ensure compliance with visa, regulatory and immigration requirements
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to align recruitment and admissions strategies
* Support forecasting, target setting, and ongoing performance tracking
* Contribute to AE's internationalisation and global growth objectives
What We're Looking For
* Experience in the education industry, particularly in areas such as student services, agent coordination, and administrative support.
* A bachelor's or a master's degree in any field.
* A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for improving processes and staying organised and on top of tasks.
* The ability to work independently as a self-starter, with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on finding effective solutions.
* Resilience and perseverance in navigating rapidly changing internal and external environments.
* Excellent administration and project coordination skills.
* Strong understanding of international markets, student behaviour and trends.
* Knowledge of visa regulations and compliance for international students in Australia
* High-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* (Desirable) Multilingual skills and/or experience in offshore recruitment.
