Job Description
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer care and leading a team in a fast-paced optical environment? GMHBA is looking for a skilled Lead Optical Dispenser to support our Location Manager in driving operational excellence and coaching our Eye Care team.
We're looking for someone who can work full time, Tuesday to Saturday, or at a minimum, commit to at least two Saturdays every month.
What you'll do:
* Provide expert advice on optical dispensing and product selection
* Lead day-to-day operations and support team development
* Ensure flawless service from prescription to fitting
* Manage stock, supplier relations, and administration
Desired Skills and Experience
What we're looking for:
* Qualified Optical Dispenser or equivalent experience
* Strong customer service focus and team leadership skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to coach others
* Cert IV in Optical Dispensing is a plus (or willingness to complete within 18 months with company support)
