Job Title: Procurement Systems Specialist

Description: Our organisation requires a procurement systems specialist to build contract line items document (CLID) in SAP Ariba, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with operational procurement processes.

- Work with the procurement lead and contract manager to search for contracts and identify key commercial data in the contract
- Extract key commercial data in contracts
- Coordinate the development of CLID in consultation with the procurement lead and contract manager
- Create or coordinate the creation of master data for proper implementation of the CLID
- Develop the CLID in SAP Ariba according to commercial and operational procurement requirements
- Provide progress updates on the CLID development for all contracts in scope
- Support CLID-related requests and queries

- Extensive knowledge of SAP master data as used in procurement processes
- Sound knowledge of contract management with demonstrated experience in extracting key commercial information from contracts
- Advanced excel skills (e.g., macros)
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting
- Experience in system improvement initiatives to improve data quality and operational efficiency
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and time management skills
- Sound understanding of NSW Procurement Framework
- Project management experience desirable but not essential
