We are seeking experienced Administration Officers to join our teams at the Port Fairy Community Services Centre on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
The successful applicants will provide assistance to the Early Years and Community Care departments while delivering high-level customer service to various stakeholders in the community.
The role involves efficient completion of a broad range of word processing, general secretarial, administrative, and customer service duties.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide administrative support to the Early Years and Community Care departments
 * Deliver excellent customer service to various stakeholders
 * Assist with word processing, general secretarial, and administrative tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
 * Demonstrated experience in administration roles
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
 * Able to work effectively in a team environment
