Job Description:
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for working closely with the Business Development and Account Management teams to manage subscription clients across the Asia Pacific sales territory. The primary goal is to ensure retention and renewal of client accounts, while also driving service adoption and increasing client usage of subscription services.
The CSM will be accountable for onboarding and training new clients, handling client enquiries, and identifying upsell potential and cancellation risks. They will work closely with the Account Managers to develop strategies for managing renewals and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer success, with 5+ years of experience in a customer service role. They will possess strong presentation and writing skills, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Salesforce is also highly desirable.
