What You'll Be Doing:
* Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing Toyota vehicles through engine and mechanical tests.
* Performing preventative maintenance to ensure vehicles run at their best.
* Troubleshooting and fault finding to pinpoint and fix issues efficiently.
* Completing paperwork/logbooks and maintaining accurate records.
* Providing expert advice regarding the mechanical condition of vehicles.
* Keeping up-to-date with the latest mechanical knowledge and dealer product changes.
* Working closely with the Service Advisor to discuss vehicle issues and plan future repairs.
* Maintaining and enhancing our production control system to optimise efficiency.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
* Trade Qualification (Motor Mechanic).
* Toyota Diagnostic Tech Fundamentals Qualification.
* Current Repairer's Licence.
* Proven diagnostic skills and ability to resolve complex mechanical issues.
* Strong knowledge of the automotive industry.
* Ability to work autonomously while maintaining productivity.
* Auto electrical competencies (highly advantageous).
* Honest, hardworking, and reliable work ethic.
* Current Driver's License.
* Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols.
* Own tools required for the role.
