Located in Werribee, our premium Tyre Retailer prides themselves their reviews & awards in sales, service, and excellence. To continue these achievements they now seek an experienced leader to take on the role of Assistant Manager in their retail workshop. They offer modern, clean and state of the art workshop and provide above award wages. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the workshop. As the assistant manager of the store, your duties will vary from assisting the Tyre Fitters/Wheel aligners and mechanics in the workshop, delegating and scheduling work and sales, while maintaining company standards, policies and procedures.
The successful applicant must have sound knowledge of the tyre industry and ideally be a qualified mechanic, previous sales experience will also be an advantage. You will have excellent leadership skills, be a strong communicator, be a team player and adhere to business and safety guidelines. Above all, you will have superb customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with your customers.
The salary for this role will be up to $85k + Bonus negotiated on experience plus super. Hours will include some Saturday work to keep up with the demand. Career development and learning opportunities available for the right person.
