This role will be on-site but offer flexibility on start and finish times.
Job Description Provide financial leadership and strategic advice to support all business operations.
Prepare and analyse financial reports to drive informed decision-making.
Develop and manage product pricing, costings, and financial planning processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for stakeholders, including the board.
Leadership and guidance of a team of 3 accounting staff.
Support business growth strategies by providing financial insights and recommendations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Finance Manager will be able to demostrate:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High-level communication skills, to all levels of stakeholder.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft excel, desirable.
Commercial finance experience in the manufacturing industry.
What's on Offer Salary range of $150,000 - $160,000 plus superannuation, pending experience.
Permanent position located across Tullamarine, Sunshine, and Dandenong sites.
