Relief Production Supervisor Heatherbrae

Holcim is currently looking for a Production Supervisor for their plant in Heatherbrae. This role involves a mix of manual handling, logistics coordination, staff management and administration. You will start work around 05:30am and may be required to work some Saturdays as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supporting and displaying a strong safety culture at all times
Production of concrete using multiple systems and processes
Allocating and assigning loads to drivers
Stock management and coordination of deliveries
Managing contractors carrying out site maintenance
Yard maintenance and front-end loader operation
Forklift operation and manual handling of bagged products
Administration on a variety of computer software applications (training provided)
Ideally you hold a current forklift ticket and have experience operating a front-end loader, but we are happy to train and facilitate you obtaining these qualifications. You must have your own reliable vehicle; an allowance per kilometre will be paid for travel outside your base plant.

Physically able to perform all duties associated with the position
Willing to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle for travel to other plants in the Sydney region
Additionally, you must hold full Australian work rights with no restrictions on hours worked or duration of employment. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Holiday or Student visas.
