Underground Development Manager – Lead the next phase of Australia's most exciting new gold and antimony project

Monday – Friday | 5:2 Roster | Kilmore & Sunday Creek, VIC

Permanent | Operations Team | Start January 2026

At SXGC, we've just reached a milestone moment—the approval of the decline. We're now stepping into one of the most critical phases of our development pathway, where underground planning, sequencing and execution set the foundation for our long‑term success.

We're seeking an Underground Development Manager who brings technical depth, forward planning discipline and operational leadership. Someone who thrives in a high‑growth exploration‑to‑development environment where decisions matter and accountability is real.

If you're ready to help build a world‑class underground operation from the ground up, this is your moment.

Why SXGC?

Because your work here matters.

At SXGC, we're transitioning from pure exploration into the early stages of underground development at Sunday Creek, one of the most exciting high‑grade gold and antimony discoveries in Australia. The decline approval means we are no longer planning hypotheticals—we are building the pathway that unlocks the full scale of the asset.

You'll be joining a team that moves with pace, values technical excellence, and empowers its leaders to make meaningful, high‑impact decisions. Here, your work won't sit on a shelf. It will directly influence the safety, design, sequencing and performance of our underground future.

If you thrive in dynamic environments, want genuine ownership, and are energized by establishing high standards from day one—SXGC is where you'll excel.

Who You Are

You're a technically strong underground mining professional who pairs operational awareness with long‑range thinking. You bring a solutions mindset, a steady hand under pressure, and a commitment to disciplined, safe execution.

Your Background

* Bachelor's degree in Mining or Engineering (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in underground hard‑rock mining, ideally metalliferous
* Track record delivering development and production outcomes safely
* Highly capable in mine design and scheduling software
