Enterprise Analytics is a global ERP consulting and implementation organisation specialising in IFS and Acumatica solutions. We support mid‐market and enterprise clients across multiple industries, delivering end‐to‐end digital transformation services including consulting, implementation, support, and enhancement services.

As we continue to grow in the ANZ region, we are seeking a driven and commercially minded Accounts Executive – Net New Sales to support our expansion and build a strong pipeline of new customers.

Role Overview

The Accounts Executive will focus on net new customer acquisition across the ANZ region, primarily for IFS and Acumatica ERP solutions. This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong business development capability, experience in SaaS/ERP or enterprise software sales, and the ambition to grow into a Net New Sales Manager in the future.

You will work closely with the ANZ leadership team, pre‐sales, marketing, and global delivery teams to identify opportunities, engage prospects, manage the sales cycle, and close new business.

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development
* Identify, prospect, and qualify new mid‐market and enterprise clients across Australia and New Zealand.
* Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
* Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline in line with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
* Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and position IFS and Acumatica solutions appropriately.
* Work with pre‐sales consultants to deliver tailored product demos and solution presentations.
* Prepare high‐quality proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial quotations.
* Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals aligned with company policies.
* Maintain accurate sales activities and forecast updates within the CRM.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Establish strong relationships with prospective customers at CXO, director, and operational leadership levels.
* Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, delivery, finance, and global practice heads.
* Participate in industry events, partner forums, and networking sessions to build brand presence.
Market Insights & Strategy
* Provide insights on ANZ market trends, customer buying behaviour, and competitor activity.
* Work closely with the ANZ leadership team to refine go‐to‐market strategies.
* Support marketing campaigns and lead‐generation initiatives specifically aligned to the region.
Key RequirementsQualifications & Experience
* 7 + years of experience in SaaS, ERP, enterprise software, or technology solution sales within Australia or New Zealand.
* Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
* Experience selling into mid‐market or enterprise segments (preferred).
* Familiarity with ERP systems (IFS, Acumatica, Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, etc.) is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of solution selling, value‐based selling, and B2B sales methodologies.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to understand customer business processes and build compelling value propositions.
* Self‐driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‐paced, consulting‐led environment.
* Capability to manage long sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders.
* High level of professionalism, resilience, and commercial acumen.
