About the vacancy
* Scheduling orders using the warehouse management system, consultation with the assistant planner in accordance with agreements with clients and haulers.
* Issuing process orders to forklift truck drivers and pickers.
* Monitoring the schedule and adjusting to suit requirements if necessary.
* Maintaining daily contact with clients and haulers or their representatives on progress, priorities, anomalies and problems.
* Identifying anomalies and problems, informing the site manager, agreeing on measures to be taken.
* Processing the administrative information relating to the logistical activities.
* Broad knowledge of the use of the applied planning system.
* Continuous improvement knowledge.
* Knowledge of Warehouse Management System.
* Knowledge of the logistical process.
* Good mathematical skills.
* Experienced user of computer and software.
* Driver's license.
