 
        
        Seeking a highly motivated Office Administrator Co-ordinator that will support the Construction Manager and Construction team. 
The Role 
A key part of the Administration Team you will report directly to the Construction Manager. 
As the Administration Support / Assistant, you will be responsible for: 
Data entries into the sales system. 
Entering service jobs into the CRM system. 
Service and sales administration support. 
Answering phones and appointment setting. 
Basic service troubleshooting support as you get experienced. 
Liaising with Accounts and providing support for receiving payments etc. 
Some accounts work during downtime. 
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management, such as filing. 
About You: 
Outgoing, confident. 
2 to 3 years of similar experience. 
Natural leadership, problem solver. 
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and multi-tasking ability. 
Good verbal communication and written skills - clear and concise. 
A natural problem solver and ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced setting. 
Ability to work with minimum supervision and work well under pressure, especially during peak seasons. 
Ability to follow procedures and assist with making others follow suit. 
Team-player with a can-do attitude. 
Good record of attendance, reliability, and punctuality. 
NetSuite experience also an added bonus.
