We're seeking a proactive and skilled Project Supervisor to join our Operations Division in Pilbara.
This is a Karratha-based role, perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a meaningful impact.

The Role:
Supervise a wide variety of projects, minor works, and maintenance activities.
Lead internal trades and subcontractors to deliver outstanding results.
Manage all stages of project delivery, from planning to completion.
Take ownership of service contracts, ensuring performance aligns with KPIs and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and deliver minor maintenance works and multi-trade projects.
Lead and coordinate internal teams, tradespeople, and external subcontractors.
Provide hands-on trades work/maintenance support as needed.
Deliver Toolbox and Pre-start meetings aligned with safety and company goals.
Conduct site audits and inspections, ensuring high HSEQ compliance.
Support and train team members in company processes and systems.
Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, including corrective actions.
Drive team accountability, monitor workflows, and maintain job system accuracy.
Manage job scheduling, resource allocation, and job profitability.
Collaborate with the Operations team with project leads or opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Trades person with project supervision experience
Demonstrated experience delivering multi-trade maintenance and construction projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to coordinate teams and manage subcontractors effectively
Excellent understanding of project delivery processes and contract KPIs
Strong systems and admin capability for job tracking and invoicing
White Card and other relevant site tickets
2 years minimum experience in a similar role
Knowledge of local trades and suppliers
Strong understanding of building codes and quality standards
Strong work ethic with a positive 'can do' attitude
Applicant must reside in Karratha WA ****, FIFO not an option
