Your new role


Your new role as a Project Administrator will place you at the heart of a dynamic construction company located in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. You will be an integral part of a robust team, responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to:

* Collaborating with the senior project manager to ensure project goals are met
* Upholding and monitoring quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
* Locating, reviewing, and Organising project documentation
* Preparing and processing purchase orders for the superintendent, including those through Varicon
* Managing and updating project schedules to ensure timely completion
* Handling email correspondence related to plant equipment and resource changes
* Conducting and managing phone communications
* Assisting with plant Mobilisation through Varicon, including data entry and system learning
* Allocating tasks and appointments in the project diary
* Performing personal assistant functions as needed
* Ensuring delivery documents are properly uploaded and filed
* Recording and tracking action items during operations meetings
* Submitting extensions of time (EOT) for projects, if required
* Filing and tracking truck forms
* Verifying timesheets in Varicon for accurate hours
* Assisting project managers with letter drops and other communications
* Supporting project start-up meetings by taking and distributing meeting minutes
* Assisting with payroll tasks using AccountRight, as needed

What you'll need to succeed


To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:


* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to convey information clearly and effectively
* Strong listening skills with keen attention to detail
* Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
* Efficient in time management and prioritisation
* Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
