Overview
SkyCity Adelaide is on the hunt for an experienced Marketing Executive - Communications to join our wider Marketing team. This role will report directly into our Communications Manager - Loyalty and will assist with ensuring the achievement of business targets by facilitating and developing customer communications, as well as communicating with key stakeholders and working with operational management on marketing initiatives to drive increased visitation and revenue through communications and engagement.
This role is all about championing effective, relevant communications that drive sitewide activity and direct response to specific promotions. You will love testing and learning campaign and element designs; you sweat the small stuff and care about subject line testing, open rates, click-through rates and can identify opportunities to improve each step of the journey.
You will work closely with our Customer Insights team to analyse guest behaviour to ensure suitable recommendations are made for future activity, whilst also being responsible for conducting campaigns briefs to ensure artwork creation for direct mail, EDMs, on site and other communication pieces are completed in line with promotional timelines.
A key responsibility of this role is ensuring all marketing activity complies with relevant regulations, supported by the Communications Manager - Loyalty.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you\'ll have well-rounded marketing experience, particularly with the use of CRM platforms including EDM and SMS development and journey building. Understanding of loyalty program campaign design and email optimisation, coupled with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills will see you succeed in this role. Your focus on high level communications, including both written and verbal communication, will enable you to hit the brief whilst adhering to the regulatory nature of gaming marketing.
You will have strong interpersonal skills and have an ability to work with a range of stakeholders at all levels, coupled with the ability to prioritise, manage your time well and meet deadlines.
