About the Role
* Develop and implement effective product listing strategies to improve SEO performance.
* Create targeted on-site solutions to boost customer experience and conversion rates.
* Support marketing teams with promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives.
* Design engaging product descriptions, imagery, and collection merchandising strategies to increase sales.
* Manage Shopify applications (Okendo, Back in Stock) focusing on customer retention and loyalty programs.
* Analyze website performance and collaborate with the web developer to enhance user experience.
* Assist in setting up, testing, and scheduling email and SMS campaigns to maximize their impact.
* Maintain and grow email and SMS databases to ensure seamless communication with customers.
* Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
* Contribute to customer retention strategies and oversee loyalty programs.
* Track and analyze key ecommerce and marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify analytics.
* Prepare regular performance reports highlighting successes and areas for growth.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce and CRM roles, preferably within an e-commerce brand.
* Proficiency in platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive.
* A strong understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A creative mindset with attention to detail and effective multitasking abilities.
