As the Maintenance Supervisor for the Board Machine, you'll serve our customers by ensuring the paper machine process line is operating at its required capacity.
Key to the role is improving technical availability and reducing maintenance costs. You will also be required to continue to develop the maintenance procedures and standards for the Board Machine by reviewing the breakdowns and schedules, along with the workloads and isolations, with close cooperation with the customer. From this, you will be able to advise on how to optimise the resources within the mill and continue to develop the preventive and corrective maintenance area.
You will be responsible for reporting any deviations from the contractual obligations, work safety and targets, and you will be required to participate in the mill standby system. You will also support and contribute to the company strategy, goals, and targets and assist with setting a world benchmark for maintenance operations.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a similar role
- A degree in Engineering or a Trade Certificate
- Expertise in board or paper machine maintenance or heavy industry is desirable
- Experience in the development of maintenance processes and procedures
- Knowledge of reliability engineering and related systems
- CMMS knowledge (SAP preferred)
- Safety and environmental orientated
- Goal and service-orientated

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary - $130,000 - $150,000 per year.
