Role Description
We're on the lookout for a Client Liaison Officer who thrives on communication, coordination, and customer care. You'll be the go-to person for our clients throughout the construction journey — from the first slab pour to final handover.

Be the key point of contact for clients during the construction phase
Provide regular updates and assist with client queries or concerns
Work closely with Site Supervisors, Construction, Drafting, and Pre-Start teams
Coordinate on-site meetings and milestone walkthroughs
Prepare and manage variation orders, extension notices & relevant documentation
Organise and lead the handover experience — the final and most rewarding step
Qualifications
A genuine passion for customer service (this is a people-first role)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple client relationships
Prior experience in a similar role or within residential construction (highly regarded)
Experience with Click Homes or similar systems is a plus (but not essential)
