Location: Tonsley Service Centre.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth for Tonsley Service Centre.Manage select accounts that are key to the success of Tonsley Service Centre.Collaborate with, and support, Client managers to secure repair opportunities for Tonsley Service Centre.Use interpersonal and analytical skills to continuously build customer knowledge and create opportunities in new markets.Enhance customer relationships and satisfaction with Siemens Energy.Develop and promote campaigns and strategies to drive sales.Collaborate with the team to develop repair proposals and present them to customers with a solid value proposition.Maintain timely market and competitive analysis.What You BringBachelors Degree in Science/Engineering or a minimum of 5 years of technical experience in the energy industry; sales/business development experience is advantageous.Solid technical understanding of rotating equipment, with experience on steam turbines and compressors preferred.Ability to work independently and interact with all levels within customer organizations; strong analytical and strategic thinking with a focus on technical differentiation and value selling.Proven track record of profitable business growth.Good understanding of the oil & gas and industrial markets in Australia with extensive relationships across customer organizations.Customer-oriented, with strong customer interface skills.Demonstrable evidence of successful projects or service business execution and contract negotiation.Team player who can influence and collaborate with multiple external and internal stakeholders.Willingness to travel.About The TeamOur Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector.
