This includes troubleshooting, maintaining, designing and implementation of complex IT projects and solutions daily, whilst acting as leader and mentor for our Junior Technicians.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues.
Lead and mentor junior technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices.Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure projectsMaintaining relationships with key stakeholdersCollaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.Maintain and update technical documentation and procedures.Must-Have RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an MSP environment.Robust expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and MS Cloud.
Proficiency in networking, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure and Office 365.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP, or similar are highly desirable.Does this sound like you?
