Join Ardor Projects' dynamic team as a Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our construction projects in the Bendigo, VIC region. As a full-time Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction initiatives, aligned with industry best practices and client expectations.
What you'll be doing
* Manage the planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of construction projects from start to finish
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets and schedules
* Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients, to ensure seamless project delivery
* Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate strategies to keep projects on track
* Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders
* Ensure all projects adhere to relevant safety, quality and compliance standards
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes
What we're looking for
* Proven track record as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of construction project management principles, methodologies and tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
* Proficient in project planning, budgeting, scheduling and risk management
* Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Willingness to travel on occasions to work in Melbourne or interstate
